This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer - However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general wellbeing of the puppy.
Deposit/Holding Fee

1. Buyer will care for purchased puppy/dog to the best of their ability. Be provided fresh high quality food and water daily, clean bedding and a safe fenced yard.
2. The puppy/dog is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
3. The puppy/dog will be up to date on shots and worming at the time of pickup of the puppy. It is very important that you continue the vaccinations and worming. Please do not expose your puppy/dog to other dogs or animals that are not vaccinated until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule - around 16-20 weeks old.
4. If within 72 hours, a Licensed Vet finds the puppy/dog to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund - provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The breeder may request a second opinion.
5. This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury by the buyer.
6. This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernias. However, the breeder will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale.
7. The breeder does not assume responsibility for this puppy/dog after 72 hours of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy/dog properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy/dog must be treated with care and protected from danger.
8. The breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale.
9. The breeder does not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy’s/dogs parents and the weight of other puppies/dogs out of that mating. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight, but there are too many variables besides genetics.
10. The breeder does not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows. The puppy/dog is sold strictly as a TOP QUALITY PET. Puppy(s)/dog(s) purchased as pets must be spayed/neutered between the ages of 4-11 months. 10b. Puppy/dog will not be used for any breeding/reproductive uses or services. Buyer acknowledges that failure to notify the seller and to comply with requirements will be a $10,000 fee paid to breeder by the buyer of the puppy/dog.

11. The breeder gives a one year guarantee against any congenital defects of the puppy/dog. If this should occur, the buyer must return the puppy/dog, and the buyer will receive one puppy/dog of up to the same cost/value when there is one available. Buyer will pay any and all transport and shipping fees due for the returning dog to the breeder and delivery of a new puppy/dog to the buyer.
12. If for any reason buyer is unable to keep the puppy/dog, the buyer agrees to contact seller and receives first right of refusal. If breeder chooses not to exercise the right of first refusal, breeder will assist buyer in finding a new home for the puppy/dog. If buyer finds a new home for the puppy/dog, buyer agrees to provide breeder with the name, address and phone number of the new owner. Under no circumstances will this puppy/dog ever be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, pound, shelter, research lab or similar facility. There is no reason any Fawn C Mini puppy or dog should end up in a pound or rescue situation!
12b. If puppy/dog is returned within the first 30 days, only half of the purchase price will be refunded after the puppy/dog has been placed in his/her new home. The other half will cover the cost of re-advertisement and keeping the puppy/dog current on vaccinations and worming until the puppy is placed in his/her new home. If puppy/dog is returned after the 30 days no money will be refunded.
